ORDER

RICHARD T. MORRISON JUDGE.

On November 1, 2023, petitioner filed a document titled "Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy" (Doc. 13). This document was filed inadvertently and will be stricken from the record as non-viewable.

On November 6, 2023, petitioner filed with the Court in the above-docketed matter a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy (Doc. 15). The motion states that on October 31, 2023, petitioner filed a petition under 11 U.S.C. Chapter 13 with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Notice of Bankruptcy (Doc. 13) is stricken from the record and shall not be viewable. It is further

ORDERED that pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 362(a)(8), all proceedings herein are automatically stayed. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's November 27, 2023 Los Angeles, California Trial Session and jurisdiction is retained by the Undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that although all proceedings are stayed, the parties shall, on or before May 6, 2024, file with the Court reports as to the then-present status of the related bankruptcy proceeding.
