On February 17, 2016, Appellants filed a motion for en banc reconsideration challenging the court's February 10, 2016 opinion and judgment. On March 16, 2016, this court withdrew its February 10, 2016 opinion and judgment and issued a different opinion and judgment. See TEX. R. APP. P. 49.5.
Because the en banc motion challenges an opinion and judgment that have been withdrawn, the en banc motion is DENIED AS MOOT. See TEX. R. APP. P. 49.7.
