Trespass for personal injuries. Before GARB, J. Involuntary nonsuit entered in favor of defendant, Barness Construction Co., Inc., and verdict entered in favor of plaintiffs and against defendant, William W. Bowman. Order entered granting motion of plaintiff, Carol Lehr, for new trial. Defendants appealed. Appeal, No. 720, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 74-8584-05-2. Argued September 14, 1978.
