Appeal, No. 207, Jan. T., 1935, by Lehigh Navigation Coal Company, from judgment of C. P. Schuylkill Co., Sept. T., 1931, No. 518, in re appeal by the Lehigh Navigation Coal Company, a taxpayer, from the auditor's report of the Borough of New Philadelphia. Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed.

Upon full consideration of the facts and circumstances presented by the record in this appeal, we are unable to say the lower court abused its discretion in refusing to further surcharge appellees.

Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at costs of appellant.
