Application for leave to appeal from the Criminal Court of Baltimore (CARTER, J.).

Robert S. Lee instituted a proceeding under the Post Conviction Procedure Act, and from a denial of relief, he applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied.

Before PRESCOTT, C.J., and HAMMOND, HORNEY, MARBURY and BARNES, JJ.


Decided October 20, 1965.


For the reasons stated by Judge Carter for dismissing the petition, the application for leave to appeal is denied.
