ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This appeal was initiated by a proper person appellant from an unidentified district court order. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Valerie Adair, Judge.

To the extent that appellant appeals from the judgment of conviction, the appeal is untimely. The notice of appeal was filed on December 16, 2011, well after the 30–day appeal period prescribed by NRAP 4(b). We lack jurisdiction to consider this appeal, see Lozada v. State, 110 Nev. 349, 352, 871 P.2d 944, 946 (1994), therefore we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
