O R D E R

This matter is before the Court upon the petitioner's pro se motion for appointment of counsel in the above-captioned appeal. The Court previously entered an order in this matter under Rule 20, Rules of the Court of Criminal Appeals, affirming the judgment of the trial. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the petitioner's motion for appointment of counsel is denied.
