332 So. 2d 44 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1976)

Opinion

No. Z-349.

April 22, 1976. Rehearing Denied May 18, 1976.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Leon County; James E. Joanos, Judge.

P. Kevin Davey, of Douglass Powell; Robert A. Chastain and Robert C. Wattles, Tallahassee, for appellants.

Ross A. McVoy, William L. Boyd, of Mahoney, Hadlow, Chambers Adams, Tallahassee, Howard S. Rhoads, of Allen, Knudsen, Swartz, DeBoest, Rhoads Edwards, Fort Myers, for appellees.

Upon considering the record and briefs and after hearing oral arguments, we find that there was sufficient evidence adduced before the trial court, though controverted, to sustain his findings and to support the Final Judgment here appealed.

AFFIRMED.

BOYER, C.J., MILLS and SMITH, JJ., concur.
