ORDERED, hat his action be and hereby is discontinued with prejudice but without costs to any party; provided, however, that if settlement is not consummated within thirty (30) days of he date of his order, plaintiff may apply by letter within the thirty-day period for restoration of the action to the calendar of he undersigned, in which event he action will be restored.
