Jeff LEBECK, Plaintiff–Appellant, v. MARION COUNTY SHERIFF, Defendant–Appellee.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Marion County, Gregory A. Hulse, Judge. A Marion County resident, who was denied a permit to carry a concealed weapon by the sheriff because of a misdemeanor assault conviction, appeals a judicial review order affirming an administrative law decision.
