MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
On complaint invoking this court's original jurisdiction pursuant to Article XI, Section 9 of the Ohio Constitution. Sua sponte, pursuant to S.Ct.Prac.R. 14.03(B), the following schedule is set for presentation of evidence and filing of briefs: The parties shall file any evidence they intend to present no later than Friday, October 22, 2021; relators shall file a brief no later than Friday, October 29, 2021; respondents shall file a brief no later than Friday, November 5, 2021; and relators may file a reply brief no later than Wednesday, November 10, 2021. No requests or stipulations for extension of time shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time. All documents filed in this case shall be served on the date of filing by personal service, facsimile transmission, or email. This case is scheduled for oral argument before the court on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Relators’ motion for scheduling order denied as moot.
