Equity. Before WOLFE, J., non-jury. Adjudication and Decree NISI in favor of plaintiff permanently enjoining defendant from entering upon the property. Defendant's exceptions dismissed and Final Decree entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1126, April T., 1978, from the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, No. 110 of 1978.
