Present — Martin, P.J., Glennon, Cohn, Callahan and Peck, JJ.


We agree with Special Term that plaintiff was entitled to judgment on her second cause of action, but are of the opinion that the allowance for alimony in the judgment for separation rendered on the first cause of action should be in the amount of $100 per week. Judgment, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified accordingly and as so modified affirmed, without costs. Settle order on notice.
