DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 22, 2011, and for an expedited briefing schedule.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before January 3, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their briefs, if any, on or before February 2, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before February 14, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal will be calendared after all of the briefs have been filed.
