Panel Consists of Justices Jewell, Hassan, and Wilson.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

The reporter's record in this case was due May 19, 2023. See Tex.R.App.P. 35.1. The record has not been filed with the court. The court reporter indicated that appellant had not paid or made arrangements to pay for the record and was not appealing as indigent. However, the clerk's record reflects that on April 24, 2023, appellant filed a Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs with the trial court. See Tex.R.App.P. 145(b). As the trial court has not overruled appellant's claim of indigence in an order complying with Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 145, appellant is not required to pay costs. See Tex.R.App.P. 20.1(b)(1). Because the reporter's record has not been filed timely, we issue the following order.

We order Terri Sanchez, the court reporter for the 300th District Court, to file the record in this appeal within 30 days of the date of this order.
