ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to November 3, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs, unless appellants shall file and serve a record on appeal and brief on or before November 3, 2014, in which event the cross motion to dismiss the appeals is denied.
