Order Per Curiam
This Court issued its Memorandum Opinion and Judgment in this matter on March 21, 2019. Pursuant to our opinion, appellees Jodi and Adam Hidinger have filed their consent to remittitur of the trial court's pecuniary damages award totaling $200,000. Having received their consent, we hereby ORDER the parties to submit an agreed statement, without prejudice to appellant's further appellate rights, regarding the amount of the modified judgment in accordance with the accepted remittitur as well as prejudgment interest. See Critical Path Res., Inc. v. Cuevas, No. 14-16-00036-CV, 2018 WL 2106599, at *1 (Tex. App.—Houston [14th Dist.] May 8, 2018, pet. filed).
Accordingly, we hereby ORDER the parties to submit an agreed statement in accordance with this order. The agreed statement shall be filed within ten days from the date of this order. Upon receipt of the agreed statement, this Court will supplement its opinion and affirm the judgment with respect to the remitting parties.
