MEMORANDUM OPINION
The parties have filed a joint motion to dismiss this appeal. We grant the motion.
It is ORDERED that this Court's former Judgment of July 3, 2003, is vacated, set aside, and annulled, and this Court's opinion dated July 3, 2003, is withdrawn.
It is further ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed.
All other pending motions in this appeal are overruled as moot. The Clerk is directed to issue mandate within 10 days of the date of this opinion. Tex. R. App. P. 18.1.
