Opinion

No. 4D06-4195.

December 20, 2006. Rehearing Denied February 15, 2007.

Appeal of order denying rule 3.850 motion from the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County; Edward A. Garrison, Judge; L.T. Case No. 01-8679 CFA02.

Gregory Lavin, Bushnell, pro se.

No appearance required for appellee

In reviewing Lavin's petition for writ of habeas corpus in case number 4D03-2579, this court already concluded that the alleged errors did not amount to fundamental error in Lavin's case. Re-litigation of these issues is barred by collateral estoppel. There was no error in the trial court summarily denying the post-conviction motion.
