ORDER

On December 12, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. However, upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the caption is incorrect in that it does not match the caption of this case. In view of the foregoing, the Court will strike from the record the incorrect proposed stipulated decision and allow the parties additional time to submit a correctly captioned proposed stipulated decision. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed December 12, 2022, is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that on or before January 13, 2023, the parties shall file a correctly captioned proposed stipulated decision.
