Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (Doc. 14), and the Court's Order to Show Cause (Doc. 21). On December 7, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Change the Place of Trial to Los Angeles, California (Doc. 24).

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's November 15, 2023, Order to Show Cause is hereby discharged. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Change Place of Trial is granted and the place of trial for this case is changed to Los Angeles, California. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned and this case is restored to the general docket.
