ORDER
It is hereby Ordered that pursuant to the annexed Notice of Substitution of Counsel, Giskan and Solotaroff be substituted for the Law Offices of Laurie J. McPherson as attorneys representing the named plaintiff Manuel Gomez, in all matters pertaining to this action before the Honorable Lewis A. Kaplan in the District Court. It is further stipulated that the Law Offices of Laurie J. McPherson are relieved of further responsibility with respect to this action.
It is further Ordered that without further notice the Clerk of the Court shall immediately docket this order and the annexed Notice of Substitution of Counsel.
