Appeal from a decision by the workers' compensation commissioner for the seventh district transferring liability for the plaintiff's injury to the defendant second injury and compensation assurance fund, brought to the compensation review division, which affirmed the commissioner's decision and the defendant second injury and compensation assurance fund appealed to this court. Affirmed.
