DONALD E. LASSITER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Zachary S. Fried Special Trial Judge.

On December 6, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, a review of the proposed decision document discloses that the parties' signature blocks do not contain their respective counsel's Tax Court bar numbers as required by Rule 23(a)(3), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Consequently, the Court is unable to process the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision. That being so, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 15, 2023, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision.
