For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Berta Cruz Lopez Lasseigne v. Dr. Eugene W. Dauterive, 433 So.2d 334 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1983), the judgment of the trial court in this case is affirmed. Plaintiffs-Appellants are to pay costs of this appeal.

AFFIRMED.
