LAS VEGAS DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC, Appellant, v. TAMMY R. HURLEY; NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC; AND COOPER CASTLE LAW FIRM, LLP, Respondents.

An unpublished order shall not be regarded as precedent and shall not be cited as legal authority. SCR 123.

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order dismissing a complaint and denying injunctive relief. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Susan Johnson, Judge.

When our review of the documents submitted to this court revealed a potential jurisdictional defect, we ordered appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. In its response to the order to show cause, appellant conceded that the NRCP 54(b) certification was insufficient and that the certification was not final as to all parties to this appeal. Appellant agreed that this appeal should be dismissed. Accordingly, because we lack jurisdiction over this appeal, we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
