GAYLIN A. LARSON & DIANE M. LARSON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the March 22, 2022 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar, but we continued it because petitioners hoped to resolve the case through audit reconsideration. That has taken some time, but petitioners recently moved to dismiss their case for mootness because the tax is now reflected as fully paid. Both parties agree that this moots the case, and it is

ORDERED that respondent's March 15, 2024 motion to dismiss on ground of mootness is granted and this case is dismissed.
