ORDER EXTENDING DEADLINE FOR CLOSING TRIAL MEMORANDUMS
THIS MATTER having come before the court upon the Joint Motion for Extension of Time for counsel to submit their closing trial memorandums, the Court being advised of the circumstances, FINDS the motion should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for counsel to submit their closing trial memorandums is extended up to and including July 29, 2002.
