We DENY appellant's June 5, 2020 motion for rehearing; however, on the Court's own motion we VACATE our opinion and judgment of May 15, 2020 and REINSTATE this appeal.
Our records show the clerk's record in this case was filed on May 29, 2020, but the reporter's record has not yet been filed. Accordingly, we ORDER Lanetta Williams, Official Court Reporter for the 116th Judicial District Court to file, within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order, either (1) the reporter's record; (2) written verification no hearings were recorded; or (3) written verification that appellant has not paid for or made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record. We notify appellant—Ms. Larkin—that if we receive verification she has not (1) requested the reporter's record or (2) paid for or (3) made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record, we will order the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
