These cases have been assigned to the undersigned for disposition pursuant to the mandate of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit issued September 21, 2020. By Order served February 18, 2022, the Court directed that each party file a memorandum on or before March 18, 2022, addressing four issues described in the Court's Order. The Court further directed respondent to file, concurrently with his memorandum, any appropriate supplement to the revised Computation for Entry of Decision filed in each of these cases on July 16, 2021 (or, alternatively, any appropriate further revised computation).
On March 15, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time in each of these cases seeking an additional 30 days to respond to the Court's Order. Respondent does not state whether petitioners object to the granting of the Motion.
The foregoing considered, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time filed March 15, 2022, in each of these cases is granted, in that (1) the deadline for each party to file a memorandum as directed in the Court's Order served February 18, 2022, is extended to April 18, 2022; and (2) the deadline for respondent to file any appropriate supplement to his revised computations, or any further revised computation, in each of these cases is extended to April 18, 2022.
