Larimore v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Aug 31, 2005
910 So. 2d 886 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2005)

Opinion

No. 1D04-1689.

August 31, 2005.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Duval County. L.P. Haddock, Judge.

Appellant, pro se.

Charlie Crist, Jr., Attorney General, and Thomas D. Winokur, Assistant Attorney General, for Appellee.

Having received no response from the appellant to this Court's July 7, 2005 Order and as it appears that the appellant was released from incarceration, this Court dismisses the instant appeal as moot. See Moore v. Moore, 764 So.2d 676 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000); Lee v. State, 230 So.2d 478 (Fla. 4th DCA 1970).

DISMISSED.

KAHN, C.J., ERVIN and BARFIELD, JJ., concur.
