Richard LARES, Appellant v. Karina GUEVARA, Appellee

From the 37th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2016-CI-12518
Honorable Michael E. Mery, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On September 26, 2019, the trial court clerk filed the clerk's record. On October 23, 2019, we ordered that appellant may proceed without paying costs of his appeal. On November 4, 2019, appellant filed an "Objection to the Clerk's Record," in which he asserts the clerk's record is not complete because it omits fifteen documents. Accordingly, we ORDER the trial court clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the documents appellant identified as omitted within fourteen days from the date of this order. If any of the documents are not on file with the trial court clerk, we ORDER the trial court clerk to file a notice stating which, if any, of the documents are not on file within fourteen days from the date of this order. We further ORDER the clerk of our court to serve a copy of this order and a copy of appellant's "Objection to the Clerk's Record" on the trial court clerk and appellee.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 15th day of November, 2019.
