ORDER


Plaintiff David E. Lanham has submitted a five page letter in support of his claim for benefits. The Plaintiff is proceeding without counsel. His letter shall be filed with the Court and treated as his Statement of Errors, to which the Defendant may respond within thirty (30) days. After the Defendant responds, the Plaintiff may file a final reply within ten (10) days after he receives the Defendant's response.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
