On July 27, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the status of the case. The parties anticipate that this case will be ready for trial by January 2025, and that trial will last two weeks. To establish pre-trial deadlines, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report by September 29, 2023, including or attaching an agreed proposed pretrial schedule. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a separate status report reciting that the other parties have reviewed and agreed to its contents.
