Judgment reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, unless the plaintiff, within twenty days, stipulates to reduce the recovery of damages to $3,000, and extra allowance proportionately, and in case of such stipulation being made, the judgment, as reduced, is unanimously affirmed, without costs to either party. No opinion.
