In an action for divorce, defendant appeals from so much of an order as denied her motion for temporary custody of the infant issue of the marriage and awarded her claimed inadequate counsel fees and temporary alimony. Order, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
