ORDER
¶ 1 Department II of the Court, composed of Chief Justice Stephens and Justices Madsen, Wiggins, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis (Justice Yu sat for Justice Madsen), considered at its January 7, 2020, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
¶ 2 IT IS ORDERED:
¶ 3 That the petition for review is denied. Both the motion to disqualify and the motion to strike are denied without prejudice for such motions to be filed in superior court.
