These cases were called for trial at the Special Session of the Court in Washington, D.C. on November 6, 2023 through November 16, 2023. For cause, it is
ORDERED that Volume 7 of the transcript, containing the testimony of Claud Clark, III on November 14, 2023, regarding a settlement agreement shall be sealed. Such sealed transcript shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be opened for inspection by any person or entity except by Order of the Court and shall not be viewable by the public. It is further
ORDERED that Volume 10 of the transcript, containing the testimony of Scott Moore on November 15, 2023 regarding his assertion of Fifth Amendment privilege shall be sealed. Such sealed transcript shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be opened for inspection by any person or entity except by Order of the Court and shall not be viewable by the public or the parties in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, in event any party to this case shall order from eScribers, LLC a copy of the transcript of the trial in these cases, said company shall not provide Volume 10 of the transcript containing the testimony of Scott Moore on November 15, 2023, regarding his assertion of Fifth Amendment privilege.
ORDERED that, in the event any nonparty shall order from eScribers, LLC a copy of the transcript of the trial in these cases, said company shall not provide either Volume 7 or Volume 10 of the transcript as described above. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on eScribers, LLC at 7227 N. 16th Street, Suite 207, Phoenix, Arizona 85020.
