On November 3, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Withdraw petitioner's Motion to Enforce Subpoena Issued to John Conn, filed October 13, 2023 and a Motion to Withdraw petitioner's Motion to Enforce Subpoena Issued to Alan Stagg, filed October 12, 2023. In the motions to withdraw, petitioner states that they have withdrawn the subpoenas issued to John Conn and Alan Stagg and that respondent does not object to the granting of petitioner's motions to withdraw. ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced motions are granted, and petitioner's Motion to Enforce Subpoena Issued to John Conn, filed October 13, 2023, and petitioner's Motion to Enforce Subpoena Issued to Alan Stagg are deemed withdrawn.
