These cases are currently calendared for trial at the Special Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 6, 2023 in Washington, D.C. On September 5, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing and states in that motion that respondent does not object to the granting of petitioner's motion. Premises considered, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, filed September 5, 2023, is granted and these cases are calendared for hearing at the Court's Washington, D.C. special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a time and date certain of 1:00 p.m. (ET) on October 11, 2023, at which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further
ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before October 4, 2023, file with the Court a status report advising whether the third-parties have complied with the subpoenas and a hearing is no longer necessary.
Special Trial Judge Diana L. Leyden will preside at the above-referenced proceeding as previously assigned by the Chief Judge.
