Lampa v. Blue Cross of Florida, Inc.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Jul 26, 1977
348 So. 2d 1213 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1977)

Opinion

No. 76-1184.

July 26, 1977.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Orange County; William C. Gridley, Judge.

R. Edward Cooley and James W. Markel of Graham, Markel Scott, P.A., Winter Park, for appellant.

James M. Corrigan and Thomas F. Lang of Maguire, Voorhis Wells, P.A. Orlando, for appellees.

Upon review and consideration of the record we are of the opinion that the judgment sought to be reviewed is neither a final judgment subject to a plenary appeal nor within the category of orders subject to an interlocutory appeal, under Rule 4.2, Fla. App.R. Furthermore, finding no basis in the record to provide review by way of common law certiorari, the subject appeal is dismissed.

APPEAL DISMISSED.

MAGER, C.J., and CROSS and LETTS, JJ., concur.
