Proceedings upon petition by natural mother for custody of a deprived minor child. Before BUCHER, J. Order entered directing that technical custody remain with the Bureau of Children's Services with actual physical custody in foster parents. Natural mother appealed. Appeal, No. 611, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 90 of 1974. Argued June 15, 1976.
