MEMORANDUM OPINION


The parties have filed a joint motion stating they have fully resolved and settled all issues in dispute. The parties ask that we set aside the trial court's judgment and remand the cause so that judgment in conformity with their agreement may be rendered. The parties further ask that this court's mandate issue immediately. The motion does not reflect any agreement regarding costs of this appeal.

We grant the motion. The judgment of the trial court is set aside without regard to the merits and the cause is remanded to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the agreement. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). Costs of appeal are taxed against the parties who have incurred them. This court's mandate shall issue immediately. See Tex.R.App.P. 18.1(c).
