DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated December 22, 2021, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated August 12, 2022. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to consolidate the appeals from the orders with the appeal from the order and judgment and to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, including the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, including the sale of the subject property, is granted, and enforcement of the order and judgment, including the sale of the subject property, is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further, ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
