On August 18, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. On August 28, 2023, the Court served an Order on the parties granting respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing and setting the case for hearing at the Court's September 13, 2023, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely via Zoomgov at a time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), at which time any third-party subpoenas may be returnable.
On September 7, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance informing the Court that they have reached a basis for settlement. There appearing that a document subpoena hearing is no longer necessary, the Court will cancel the special hearing session.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's September 13, 2023, Washington D.C, special hearing session, and the special hearing session is hereby cancelled.
