This case is currently scheduled for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia special session beginning on July 19, 2023. The Commissioner filed a motion to quash or modify a subpoena directed to one of his experts. [Doc. 133.] After petitioner objected, we held a conference call with the parties, and the outstanding issues related to the subpoena have been resolved. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to quash or modify subpoena [Doc. 133], filed May 26, 2023, is denied as moot.
