ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

This case is currently calendared on the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, trial session, scheduled to begin September 12, 2022. On May 16, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion for continuance, and thereafter, petitioner filed an objection to the motion. The Court held a conference call with the parties on June 13, 2022, to discuss the pending motion. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for continuance is granted, in that this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 13, 2022, each party shall file a separate status report. In the Commissioner's report, he shall provide an update on his process of obtaining an expert witness and provide a few dates when he is available for trial in the Spring of 2023. In the petitioner's report, it shall report on weeks when it is available for trial in Spring of 2023. Both parties may provide a proposed pretrial activity schedule in their report.
