This Petition for Review from the October 29, 1982 Finding and Award of the Commissioner at Large acting for the Sixth District was argued October 26, 1984 before a Compensation Review Division Panel consisting of the Commission Chairman, John Arcudi and Commissioners A. Paul Berte and Robin Waller.


FINDING AND AWARD

The Finding and Award of the Commissioner is affirmed and adopted and the Finding and Award of this Compensation Review Division panel.

ORDER


Since the matter is compensable and since there are still open issues to be considered, the claimant may, if she chooses, request a further evidentiary hearing at the District level for consideration of 31-308(d) benefits.

Commissioners Berte and Waller concur in the Finding and Award and Order.
