ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) no later than June 16, 2023 (or, if sooner, within 30 days after the Government determines not to appeal Green Valley Investors, LLC v. Commissioner, 159 T.C. No. 5 (Nov. 9, 2022)), and every 90 days thereafter.
