DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to strike portions of record on appeal and appellants' brief, for sanctions, and for extension of time to file and serve respondents' brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to strike portions of the record on appeal and appellants' brief is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to the issues involved being raised upon the argument of the appeal. Appellants shall file and serve a supplemental record on appeal, which shall contain all exhibits entered into evidence at the inquest on damages, on or before May 6, 2019. It is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the respondents' brief is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to June 5, 2019, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for sanctions is denied, without costs.
